The Mediterranean diet has long been known for its positive health benefits. Unlike many other olives producers we desalinate our olives removing most of the salt that is used to cure them, this means our olives taste of olive and are not bitter or salty. Further to this we marinade with extra virgin olive oil and the freshest herbs ensuring that our olives taste the very best they can.
