Our olives are fresh, healthy and full of all-natural nutrients. We never pasteurise or sterilise our olives or our olive oils. This process is commonly used by other companies to extend the shelf life up to 3 years – but it significantly affects the nutritional value and taste. Bottled olives are soggy and dull; ours remain crisp and firm for much longer than conventionally processed olives. Eat your olives fresh, as nature intended!
